In my ct scan report this is written
Normal in size and position. There is lobulated contour of the right kidney, likely related to
scarring. There is a right renal cyst, measuring 2.2 cm. Bilateral nonobstructing renal calculi are seen,
the largest in the lower pole of the left kidney measuring 5 x 3 mm. There is no evidence of ureteric
calculus or hydroureteronephrosis.what does this means?

That's normal report with asymptomatic renal cyst and few intrarenal stones
