Inability to retract prepucial skin
I am unable to retract foreskin of penis since birth. Doctor has suggested me prepucial adhesion or circumsion. I am confused and scared and don't know which process will be better which doesn't create further complications.

it may be pin hole meatus or phimosis. Until there is no problem u need not worry otherwise go for circumcision

it may b phimosis or paraphimosis better send pic
not all caae need surgery
