Incomplete growth of facial hair( beard)

I have cystic acne past 3 years.Now I took 6 months treatment for acne . I got good results completely cleared but incomplete growth of facial hairs I have small thickness hair roots what are the medical treatment to grow facial hair completed without any major side effects please respond me Thank u

It has nothing to do with acne. You have poor facial hairroot which is due to poor sensitivity of dht in the hair follicles. Please meet me for hair transplant which is the only treatment for this problem
