Incomplete miscarriage
I had blighted ovan and my gynae has prescribed me medical termination kit and asked me to get ultrasound after 10 days of taking the pills. I went for ultrasound and it shows that Products of conception are still retained as clots measuring 17.2*13.7 mm. What shud i do. I dont want to go for any surgical intervention.

It's case of incomplete abortion.
For further treatment u should consult ur Gynecologist.
If ur bleeding is still cont. Than medicine can be try to clear that retained products.

This is incomplete abortion. Consult your doc get examination done if bleeding is there. Retained products may cause excessive bleeding or infection. Can be managed by both ways medicines or surgical.

It's not normal to have blighted ovum or miscarriage. It's a sign of unhealthy body and Hormone imbalance. Miscarriage can be completely prevented by healing the root cause of problem. It's frustrating to see that so many women are suffering and not getting the right information . There is no reason why anybody should suffer with this traumatic event. It's possible to get a healthy baby. Root cause needs further evaluation with blood tests, scan etc. Can be healed with diet changes, lifestyle changes, self care and regenerative detoxification. You cn opt for medical management and repeat a scan after 1 week or go for surgical evacuation under ultrasound guidance.

If you don't want surgical procedure then with the advice of doctor repeat misoprost tablet vaginal for 2days and see the outcome .In most cases products are coming if not then D&C ...
