Increase breast size
Does massaging breasts help increase its size? I have read on internet a long 300 rotations twice a day helps in increasing the beast size. Also, applying fenugreek paste and doing massage by it increases the size. Is it true and does it have any side effects? Also, suggest other methods to do so.

Madam, massaging breast may not increase size, we need to improve breast tissue to increase breast size. Whereas it helps to have pomegranate, dates and sweet lime, we need Ayurved medicines to get desired results, viz, aamapachak to remove toxins and either Piper or shilajatu to enhance bioavailability and withania or sida to accelerate the process. The right drug of choice will be finalized after studying Constitution and other vitals Regards Dr. Omkar Balkrishna Shahapurkar
