well height is generally related to genetics,,,and the genes you inherit from your parents would contribute to your overall height growth....also the growth harmone which spurts during puberty will have an effective say in the way body grows...however there are slim chances of height gain after 20 years...though exceptions maybe there.....

Having said this there are surgeries which are done to increase limb lenght (for which almost 8-10 months are needed with close monitoring and proper Rehab) Avoid any products and medicines which claim to increase the height. to know more...reply back with your details of weight,height your parents height weight for a proper analysis. regards & take care.
