Hello Sir/ Madam I am 17- years old teen I am 5'4 now and I am worried about my height so can I grow taller upto 5'11 My father is 5'4 and my mother is 5'1. Please say me tips to grow taller... I got my first growth spurt in 14 yr age so can I grow taller

Girls height usually occurs upto 16 years roughly. So your height will probably not increase a lot from here on. 5 feet 4 is good height as per your parents height. So don't worry about your height. Concentrate on your good qualities and strong points instead on focusing on height. If you still have doubts, meet an adolescent counsellor or Pediatrician

Hi ,calculating from your both parents heights your growth potential is up to 5’6 ..growth plates usually fuse in males by 18-19years usually so by then u will attain ur final height. Eat good amount of natural protein at least 0.5-g/kg in a day And calcium
