I started with your prescribed medicines since Thursday morning with no change in my diet at all. My fasting sugar has come down from 150+ to 133. However my post lunch sugar has suddenly shoot up to 200+ from 167. What could be possible reason for this sudden rise?

You have postprandial hyperglycaemia you may take tab.metformin 500mg.just before lunch and dinner to bring down that pp hyperglycaemia. Dr.A.Pasha. M.D. also you should show me full treatment which you have been taking.
