U urself noticed that ur Eating habits got changed.I dont think that eating Non.veg will increase uric acid kevels, but the way that were cooked(like excessive spicy, oily, too fried, coojed in repeatedly boiled oil, usage of Some flavours, quality of oil, preservatives,Food colours (thats what happens uasually in hotel)will defntly show impact.Do,first u change ur first habits, like reduce taking outside food(veg r non.veg)&maintain proper timings, try to increase consumption of water(3-4litres/day is required quantity for maintaining body function well...that too if u take minimum half to 1 litre of water in morning with empty stomach works as Good Cleanser),start taking More veg salads, fruits, juices,Sprouts, less oily items.Try to avoid outside Food like junk, fast,Oily, fried, spicy food, baked, packaged items.Start doing regular excercises, without negligence&then after 2 months(if u sincerely follow sll these advised),Then go for check up again. After based on reports,u can assess whether still to consult any Doctor r not neccessary.
