as far as tablet is concerned she may need to consult with her obstetrician, but those cant be taken on a long term basis.
she can try taking shatavari powder or tablet with milk. they are helpful
also she needs to take a good diet with plenty of water, and include fresh vegetables, coconut, saunf, edible gum, fenugreek in her diet
