Increased frequency of potty in my baby
My 5 months old is pooing a lot 6/7 times in a day, my peads asked me to do stool routine test now she is out of town for 3 days, attached is the report not sure if there is sign of issue or emergency please suggest!

Stop bottle feeding,if given.
Give ONLY breastfeeds 4 times a day and 1 top formula feed,using a spoon and katori,and add 1 solid meal including curd and Banana in the diet.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery and add Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day for5 days.
Report is normal.
If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
