Floaters are usually nonpathological.please get your fundus examination done and if your retina is ok then you need not to worry .you will have to learn to omit them.

Hello
Floaters are usually benign and don't need treatment and these don't cause blindness
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis
Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get retina examined
First of all increase in floaters does signify some retinal pathology. Please consult a retinal specialist. Also what is your refractive error if any. If you are a high myopic please do get it checked with a retinal specialist as it might prevent serious complications
