MY age is 13 and I have specticals from 4 years my number is increasing every six months now it is / at present my no. Is 4.75 so what should I do to remove my no.

I am sorry but there is no medicine or diet and exercise to get rid of glasses
Your power will increase now and will become stable at age of 18-22yrs
Lasik is an option but only after age of 18yrs
