Dear friend, as far as taking fish oil for omega 3 fatty acids is not recommended. The reason is that your omega 3 to omega 6 ratio is very important for preventing heart disease. So for maintaining good cardiac health pls consider the following suggestions 1) Take a balanced diet containing roughly 65-70 % carbs, 20% protiens and 15-20 % fats 2) The 20 % fats must be a mixture of different types of fats. Simply, use different cooking oil on different days rather than same type of oil daily. (eg. Sunflower oil, Safflower oil, olive oil, gingelly oil, groundnut oil) 3) Exercise regularly 4) Have a good control of diabetes and BP hope this helps. regards

Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function. ...
