Ineer cheek wounds
3 days back I fell down in a hole due to which my left cheek was badly wounded. The inner cheek has lot wounds and hurting me badly, I am unable to eat properly due to pain and inflammation. Please help. Also I am unable to brush that area, plz tell to avoid any dental caries.

Gently gargle your mouth with lukewarm water. You can apply dologel or hexigel on the inside of the cheek. You can take tablet dolo 650 for the pain.If pain worsens consult a dentist as the wounds can get infected sometimes and may require antibiotics.

Get ur teeth and inner cheek evaluated  y some dentist. Healing will take its own time, just maintain oral hygiene for healing to be uneventfull

Apply Ornidazole or Chlorhexidine oinment locally where wound is visible two times a day

Do not touch it repeatedly by ur tongue and avoid biting from that side coz that wounded tissue may come between ur teeth and may get traumatised
