Hello, if lactating mother drinks normal or cold water, wil it causes cold to baby when breastfeed?
Is it true that she should avoid cold items, sweet items, spicy items.. Wil it passes through breastfeed to bby?

Cold items don't affect the breast milk so nothing to worry.
If you will catch cold and cough then definitely it will affect your baby.
