Hello, if lactating mother drinks normal or cold water, wil it causes cold to baby when breastfeed? Is it true that she should avoid cold items, sweet items, spicy items.. Wil it passes through breastfeed to bby?

Cold items don't affect the breast milk so nothing to worry. If you will catch cold and cough then definitely it will affect your baby.

Hi, I am dr. Sreepriya When breast feeding is considered, mother can take every thing without restriction Whether it is cold, sweet, or warm etc Medications will pass through breast breast milk to baby. So be careful No need to restrict food items
