Hi sir/ madam, My girl baby(73days), her weight is 3.5 kg... She is on breast feeding,she passed urine morethan 12 times day. Im worried about her weight... What can i do for her weight gain... Please do the needful...

What's the birth weight? If the child is gaining 20gms per day and passing adequate urine ,then no need to worry. Breast feed adequately keep a watch.
Next Steps
if you feel weight not increasing at this rate then need to see pediatrician and requires some tests.

What was her birth weight? Was she preterm? Babies generally double their birthweight in 5 months. If she is passing urine frequently ,10-12 times and is exclusively on breast feed , there's no cause for worry.

If she is passing urine frequently that is good sign. I doubt you need to worry about weight. Continue breastfeeding and timely vaccination even in lockdown. Government hospital are giving vaccine

What is her birth weight. Continue breast feeding Check her urine routine exam and also for sugar And culture and sensitivity
