Asked for Female, 19 Years

I had my tragus pierced about 2 months ago professionally. It was fine for a few weeks as I was cleaning it, but then started to hurt and now skin has grown completely over the piercing. I can feel the piercing underneath still but there is a layer of skin covering the surface of it. What can I do?
