Infection in stool
Hello doctor, my 3 months Baby has infection in stool. In stool examination report, reducing sugar , mucus and bacteria are positive. Can you please tell me any specific reason for being positive symptoms.

Top feeding with unpasteurized milk,honey,mixing water with milk,bottle feeding are common reasons for colitis..you need to visit a pediatrician for the same so that cause n illness,both can be ascertained n treated accordingly

Mam definitely its infection if bacteria is present Take some antibiotic by pediatrician Reason cannot be confirmed until the proper history by parents
