I have acne like infected pimples on my chin and near chin area. It usually happen before menses but since 2-3 months, they are rapidly growing and they are painful too.

You should see a Dermatologist get your hormone profiling done for a possibility of PCOD(poly cystic ovarian disease) which could be a common cause of acne in your age group.
