Hi .. I have pcos issues.. right now as I am in U.S ,here Doctors said that unless you are trying to conceive there is Nithi to worry about it . Later we thought of planning for the baby, so we went for the treatment for a year but didn't get any results.. Actually here they took my blood works in which my TSH high and FSH is high .. for thyroid I'm taking levothyroxin25mcg and now my thyroid is normal .. to make my period regular every month I will take letrozole 7.5mg from day 3-7 and will have ultrasound on day 12 to check my follicle size and this how our treatment went for a year .. This is my issue and Is there any way to help me

Take PCOD diet Take bittergourd and amla and jamuns daily Take plenty of onions and garlic and tomatoes daily Reduce oil Brisk walking three times a week for 20 minutes Take wheat based diabetes diet Take methi seeds soak up over night with water 1 spoon next morning Avoid fast food Avoid non-veg Take fish and egg
Next Steps
Take Fertisure F for female partner and Fertisure M for Male partner once a day for a month Ovulation can be confirmed with I know urine testing kit for timed intercourses
