As you are on Fertility medications, like letroze, it is of utmost importance in PCOD women to track egg development and document ovulation. There is a possibility that you ovulated very early die to Letrozole and hence got your periods 13 days early. ( We cannot be sure as no folliculometry has been performed) It is time you get a proper cycle evaluation with a Fertility specialist, where ultrasound monitoring of growing follicles is done.
