Dear Practo user, I can understand you have been through a lot. With all these complications you will need IVF but before that you need to get a few tests done so that you do not have an IVF failure again. At first your body should be in the best condition for an IVF to be successful. TSH 4 has to be treated if you are planning for a pregnancy. Please consult me online on Docon app or at Jaypee Hospital for further guidance
