During night I get inflammation and gas type formati and inflammation on abdomen and chest part after passing stools it will subside please suggest remedy very much scared

Gaseous distension at your age should be taken seriously are. You having pain to in upper abdomen or chest pain too. You can take tablet omeprazole 20 mg daily before meals twice daily and get Yourself checked by a physician at least you must have ECG done
