Greetings,   sorry about your arthritis. Your concern is quite justified but think about why did you get arthritis at the first place, Probably your answer is there for pain as well.  This will help you decide what to pursue whether pain or the actual cure of psoriatic arthritis altogether. Searching the Internet or trying to find answers for cause of psoriatic arthritis will all say autoimmune.  This idea is actually not true.  Medical community does not have a definitive answer for why you get arthritis and straightaway  steroids or pain killers,  etc are prescribed which only still manages pain and not the actual cause. your digestive system has gone the wrong way, particularly your intestine which is the main area of digestive power centre.  Reason for this is many, including wrong time to eat, sleep, poor food choice,  less physical activity,  less sun exposure and host of other problems causes autoimmune state which can diversify into any autoimmune disease depending on impact. In your case skin has been impacted causing psoriatic arthritis.
Next Steps
you need to have multi disciplinary approach to cure this.  a. dietitian to manage balanced food, b.  physiotherapy for good fitness plus good pain free joints.  c.  ayurvedic massage for good body recovery.
Health Tips
you should feel better with the above approach in under 3 weeks and gradually at regular intervals check blood tests to see how your autoimmune state gets reversed.  remember each individual is different so recovery speed will vary, but you will recover with this approach. if still not convinced talk to me will guide you or if any other concerns do let me know.
