Inflation on the neck
Ultrasound & FNAC done, nothing dedicted...however there is accute pain & swelling is increasing..pls advise

Though your question is not very clear you seem to be suffering from acute cervical lymphadenitis. Usually it is secondary to infections of areas around the lymph node. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers for few days for faster recovery
