Inflexible fingers and legs
My dad had an accident 5 years back and then had a surgery for dislocation of spinal cord. Now he have recovered but his fingers are not flexible. It remains in bent position and if we try to straighten it, then only it can be moved but with difficulty. Also he can walk now but very difficult as his legs are not moving too flexible. Kindly suggest some excercise or treatment for the same. Thanks in advance.

There is need to properly assess the patient before prescribing any exercise regime. You can give him hot formentation for 10-15 minutes on legs as well as for fingers. Make sure he feel the appropriate heat, also he shouldn't feel any burning sensation anywhere, so keep on asking him about that. You can take virtual physiotherapy session or home physio session as this is not an appropriate time to take him to any physio clinic.
