Ingrown toenail

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have been suffering from ingrown toenail for 3 years now and have not been able to find out any permanent solution for it. If someone can suggest me a permanent solution as I have already had 6-7 surgeries and had it removed completely 2 times, it would be really helpful. Also if you can suggest me a good doctor in Dehradun that would be able to solve the problem permanently.
