Sir I have testicle and groin pain from one month...I done ultrasound abdomen and scrotum...in that it gives bilateral mild epidedymitis and bilateral inguinal lymphodenopathy...the size of maximum swelled lymph node is 9mm...that lymphodenopathy is due to epidedymitis or that is any serious condition..

Dont be panic sir. There is infection of epididymis and CHANCES of lymphadenopathy in infection is common.but we need to examine fully by seeing clinically and to evaluate further.
