I was diagnosed by our Guidance Counseling Office with severe depression and severe anxiety when I was in college. I'm feeling off lately and I would like to get checked because I feel like I'm falling the dark hole again. Is there an exam I can take or an initial consultation so I can get checked?

Severe depression needs immediate treatment otherwise it would cause more deep mental health issues.
Consult me or Ny other psychologist online or offline and take proper treatment.
If it severe then medication also advised.

Dear,
You mentioned that you were diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Considering that diagnosis to be correct, I recommend you to immediately consult any psychologist or a psychiatrist near you. You may or may not require medication depending upon the clinical examination by mental health expert. Also, continuous psychotherapy will be extremely beneficial for you. Take care and see someone soonest.
