Initial examination. I am writing in!

Dear Doctor I am writing in regard to a condition on my crotch/genital area. I have observed some boils on my genital area, both over penis and over the area around it. I am really worried about what it could be. This condition has persisted for over 2-3 months now. In the beginning there was just one or two of these but gradually they have grown more in numbers and the most recent one is on the penis area. It doesn't pain or itch and there is no inflammation either. I am attaching some photos of this condition for the reference. Please tell me how to proceed. I am currently not in India and traveling constantly and it's difficult for me to get consultation from a urologist is the part of world where I am in at the moment. How serious is this problem and how should I proceed? Thank you in advance. Best regards
