Hi.., it seems you've injured ur muscles around knee n inner thigh.., n hence is the pain n discomfort.
Next Steps
Visit a experienced physiotherapist
Take modalities like IFT/ TENS/ Ultrasound for 5-7 days alongwith supervised strengthening n stretching exercises as per pain status..
Apply cold pack on front thigh after you workout your legs...go for good rehabilitation and you would be able to get painfree without leaving your workout...
You can visit Accord wellness physiotherapy and sports injury centre based in pitampura for further enquiry.
Did you injure yourself while training? Please make sure you do proper stretching before and after the exercises. As of now you need to do lower body stretching and rest. Please avoid gym for a few days. If you don’t feel any improvement then please meet a physiotherapist close to you.
