  4. Injury in joint (foot) Me on this!

Injury in joint (foot)
While playing cricket this was happend and the perticular place was swollen later  I did few first-aid treatments like pain band-aid and a few village treatment then it's cure 60% of pain but still m suffering with pain with few nerves. Please suggest me on this
