Injury To Testicles. Pls i need help.

Hello I am a 18yr old guy. I had a injury to my testicles 7months ago. I met two doctors and I got an ultrasound aswell , everything came out normal. Although I felt like there was sort of numbness near my left testicle and in the left side of the penis and it's been seven months although I feel the numbeness feeling has reduced. I still have checked multiple times and I feel like the sensitivity on the whole left side of the penis is less than the right side of the penis. I have been trying to masturbate less although I know it is healthy but still , I have not masturbated for like 20 days now and I have done this before but I don't think this has anything to do with the penis. I described the doctors previously about the numbness but they said that it is nothing like that , I personally feel like the sensitivity of the right side from the tip of the penis toh the right testicle is more than the left side. I am worried pls I need help.
