Jot down what all are you Fearful of? Start finding logic in it? Go in for counselling to improve your skills to cope with and face fearful situations. Also practice yoga/meditation/relaxation techniques. Also physical activity eg running is recommended for 30-40mins per day.

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. To enhance any skills and behavioural ....we need to practice it regularly. Yoga and meditation brings inner strength and solidarity. If you have anxiety which is not letting you to face the situation bravely....I suggest please take help of CBT .. Cognitive therapy with one of the special technique is mindfulness.... You may feel better ....and focused...
