I am experiencing soft-like humming and vibrations in my inner ear and i am also experiencing clicking noises whenever I attempt to swallow, chew, or talk. This symptom is called tinnitus .may occur due to various reasons..need to be evaluated.. visit an ENT specialist for assessment. clicking sound is due to eutachian tube opening.
