  4. Insect bite. Advise what to apply?

Hi, I have been bitten by some insect below my right eye, due to which the area has completely swollen and it is paining a lot.. please advise what to apply? I have been applying t bact ointment in the swollen area and ice packs as well.. but not helping It is aggravating
