Last three months I show this type of many spot inside cheek and its colour is white and yellowish not itching no burning no bleeding problem I never chewing tobacco only occasionally smoking so please give me some medicine and y this problem create

Dear practo user At present it seems normal., need close watch on oral skin for any change in structure or color. By picture it shows hygienic is not good. Consult dentist for oral cleaning. Can share more photos on chat box of both side of oral cavity whether it is smoking induced sialeadenitis?

These are just fordyce granules  which is a kind of normal findings in oral cavity ,no treatment are required ,so plz don't worry for those
