Sir last five months I show many small small white yellowish spot inside left cheek and corner of mouth also seen in right side but its  show very small amount instead of left side not any side effects like burning bleeding not increase in size no sensitivity but after thinking about it can't feel comfortable with this problem not habbit of chewing tobacco already doctor said its granules and give tablet of lycocil and kenakort tab When i drink much water and not thinking about it that time I feel comfortable so please sir give such information about granules How long time it take Can I use isoterition tablet ? How much dosage? Please ans me sir

Hi.. hope you are doing well. These are ectopic sebaceous glands present in mouth. These are normal variant. Can be present in anyone. No need to worry.
