I have used alpazolam for last 5 years but now i can't sleep also with this medicine even i take 2 tablets of alpazolam.. Prescribe me any sleepy drug specially which will help in above situation and less side effects

Using sedatives without medical supervision is dangerous. Dependence, delayed reaction time, cognitive deficits and falls are not uncommon. You must consult a psychiatrist for finding cause of insomnia. We normally shift to a longer acting drug and taper gradually if it's only benzodiazepine dependence
