Insomnia before exam
I have an exam in 3 days and I can't fall asleep even after 4 hours of being in bed, No caffeine, I don't drink or smoke, pretty confident with my studies I still can't get myself to fall asleep I'm worried that this is going to be like last year and I'll get less sleep again. P.S would taking OTC melatonin help

It's due to d subconscious exam anxiety. Sleep and anxiety are like 2 faces of a coin. Both cannot happen together. Better to take some anti anxiety meds so dat u stay fresh d next day. Take tab. Etizola 0.25mg at night
