Insomnia.. high bp..triedness

Greetings,   sorry about the concern you have expressed. You are experiencing post delivery hormone changes which happens to most women.  You will recover over a period of time.  Please stop worrying   high blood pressure is not a cause for concern.  It is part of the effect.  High blood pressure is more of a marketing idea rather than cause for most illness.
Next Steps
You can start exercise program if time permits as sweat bring backs the hormonal imbalances back to normalcy and your sleep will return back to normalcy there in.
Health Tips
get adequate sun exposure as well.
