I will tell you some general measures to improve night time sleep. 1. Maintain a sleep routine. 2. Get up at the same time everyday and go to bed at the same time in the night. 3. Once you get up in the morning do not go into bedroom unless for some work, and no activity should be done on the bed except for sleeping. 4. No day time naps. 5. After 6 in the evening no television and no phone screen viewing. 6. Dinner before 8 pm and the dinner should be light. 7. Walk for sometime after dinner, can read book or spend time with family. 8. Go to bed only when you feel sleepy enough to fall asleep immediately. 9. Do not think of anything while in bed, don’t even try hard to sleep. 10. Relaxation exercise before going to bed.
Next Steps
Even after following this measures if you don’t get sleep, consult online.
