Insomnia or sleep disorder
My mind hardly goes into relaxation at night. I am doing breathing exrecise like inhale exhale to certain count to keep my mind busy.This trick doesnt help me. Insomnia creating unhealthiness, tired face and memory issue. at my school days i fallen back upon jumping on bench and got hurt. please suggest do i need to go for head scanning

Breathing exercises are not a trick instead it's a relaxation technique meant to be added as a lifestyle change. Looks like you were not concentrating on your breath. It takes time to tame an unruly mind used to overthinking. Please be patient.
