Whenever I sleep alone at night, I get awake at exactly 3am. It's happening daily. While when I sleep with my mother, I have a calm and peaceful sleep throughout.
I am 21 years old. Sometimes I hear some female voice at 3am. Plz help me!!

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. It's a type of hallucinations or anxiety issue. If you follow certain task regularly for a week or 10 days it becomes a routine or habit in our mind. Similar, in your cases if you think about an incident and time of it's occurrence repeatedly, it become a routine. It's an mindset issues.

Hallucinations may occur while falling asleep or waking up from sleep. These are normal. Any such complaints when awake need detailed evaluation. Sleep disturbances also need evaluation.
