There is a sleep fixing rule. Ho to bed at the same time. Eat atleast 2 hrs before upu sleep. Walk about 30 minutes post meals. You can contact online for some sleep remedies that you can adopt.

Your screen time should be reduced, avoid stress and tensions, drink plenty of fluids.. if symptoms persist check your thyroid profile once
