Insomnia - rarely able to sleep properly
I have a problem of insomnia. I don't use phone at night. Don't smoke, drink alchohol or tea etc at night. Have tried meditation also. But nothing seems to work. I don't feel completely fresh and focused the next day because of this problem. I have an exam in this week and need a quick cure so that i can do well in the exam. Please help
