Insomnia since a month
I'm suffering with sleeplessness from over a month.Never had any issues with sleep and the duration was good,used to have a deep sleep.please help as this is leaving me with headache daily during the following dayand I experience fatigue.Is it common? Can I take any medicine,I'm feeling frustrated,unable to work the next day

Please contact near by psychiatrist and  take some medicine follow sleep hygiene before going sleep do some breathing exercises divert your mind u can go to sleep fast
