Intermittent high bp
These days my bp fluctuates. Sometimes its completely normal and on some days it ranges from 150/100 to 140/90.
I have rauwofia serpentina with me that i have not started. Is it advisable to take it? Dosage and for how long? Kindly advise.

Istly you wanna to know "Reason of HTN". Mental stress or bad habit of eating or living style ....family factor or any others reason . Try to resolve HTN by improving your cause .Example if u suffer from any mental stress ,takes meditation class or counselling .if reason is bad habit either eating or living etc try to improve it .after that medicine perform action . Without knowing details of. medicine don't use it
