Internal & external piles
Hello doctors I have internal and external piles..Though I'm taking stool softener its not helping much.. It pains lot when passing stools.. Is there any thing to reduce the pain?? Please help.. Thanx in advance

Thanks for expecting pain relief from Ayurveda, got ur pain n sure 2omin warm water seitzs bath by applying mixture of coco oil (before m after) seating in water twice a day will relieve pain, Its result of ur diet n digestion so consider to transform with Ayurveda, have oponion of ksharsutra expert or surgeon nr by u. Till then yam n buttermilk is ur best diet n medicine take care

Yep we have very good laxatives in ayurveda. As it is of 2 types like rooksha & snigda rechakas helpful in completely opposite conditions, it can be prescribed only after direct examination.

consult ayur dr.for permanent solution. drink luke warm cow milk added 2tsf cow ghee before sleep. Take more suran vegetable,buttermilk in meal. avoid curd,tomoto,bakery,frozen items.
